Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of Gluten Free Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup of Egg Whites ( 5 eggs)
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein powder
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup of Non fat Greek yogurt ( low in Sugar)

Instructions
  1. in a blender add 1 cup of oatmeal and grind it until it has the same consistency as flour. After pour in 1 cup of egg whites (5egg whites), 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder,1 cup of almond milk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1&1/2tsp baking powder,1 banana,1/4 non fat Greek yogurt( under 10g of sugar) 1 tbs all natural peanut butter mix until pancake batter consistency
  2. Pour into pan sprayed with non stick spray .
